To modify the name server information just follow these simple steps:
- Click on the "My Account" link at the top of this page
- Login using your email address and password
- Click on "My Domains" sub menu below My Account
- Click on the next icon next to the domain you wish to update, or you can tick the domains you want to bulk update
- Under the Name Servers section, you can either tick to use default name servers, or use custom name servers, if you select custom name servers, you will need to enter the name servers you want your domain directed to.
- Then click Save Changes
JTOB Premium Hosting's default Name Servers are:
- ns1.name-services.com.au
- ns2.name-services.com.au
- ns3.name-services.com.au
- ns4.name-services.com.au
- ns5.name-services.com.au
However if you are using our Web Hosting services, your Name Servers will be different to above. Refer to the setup email we sent you for your Hosting which outlines your new Name Servers.
